MediBrain UK was founded on a simple conviction — that every ambitious student deserves the same honest, expert guidance once reserved for a privileged few. We coach from the inside, because we've been through the exact process you're facing.
Maths and Science revision classes, open to every student who needed them. No fee, no sign-up, no catch — just a response to schools closing overnight.
The sessions were awarded the High Sheriff Young Citizen Award for the measurable difference they made to students across the community.
Free community sessions, structured A-level courses, UCAT preparation, personal statement coaching, and a full Medicine & Dental Pathway — all built on the same belief.
MediBrain UK was founded by Faizan Sharief — an award-winning educator who built this from nothing during the pandemic. When schools shut, he didn't wait for someone else to step in. He opened a free online classroom for Maths and Science, because he believed students shouldn't fall behind due to circumstances beyond their control.
"I wasn't running a business. I just knew students were falling behind and that I could help. So I did."
— Faizan Sharief, FounderWhat grew from those sessions is MediBrain UK — free community classes, structured courses, UCAT preparation, personal statement coaching, and a full Medicine & Dental Pathway. Faizan doesn't coach from the outside looking in. He built this because he has been through the exact process every student here is facing — and he knows what it actually takes.
Everything we do is grounded in four founding principles — the non-negotiables that shape every interaction with every student.
We will never tell you what you want to hear at the expense of what you need to hear. Realistic advice, transparent pricing, and no false promises — always.
No two students are alike. Our programmes are tailored to your unique strengths, gaps, target schools, and timeline — never off-the-shelf or one-size-fits-all.
Every coach on our team secured their UK medical school offer in the last two cycles — they know the current UCAS format, UCAT and interview process from the inside.
A career in medicine should be determined by ability, not background. Our flexible approach ensures financial barriers never stand between a student and expert support.
Every coach has been through the exact process you are facing — from GCSE preparation all the way to securing a UK medical school offer.
Gain real insight from practising NHS doctors. Our clinical mentors bring years of frontline experience to help you understand what medicine truly looks like — and what medical schools are looking for.

In a market full of large, generic coaching agencies, MediBrain UK is built exclusively for medical and dentistry applicants — by people who have been through the process themselves.
No generalist coaches. Every member of our team has personally been through the UK medical or dental application process — recently.
From Year 12 planning to post-interview preparation — we support students at every stage, not just one part of the process.
We deliberately keep our intake small so every student receives genuine individual attention — not a programme built for volume.
We will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. If a programme is not right for you, we will say so. That honesty is what students come back to recommend.
